摘要
Abstract
This paper briefly introduces Professor TIAN Yuansheng's clinical experience of"removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals"external therapy in the treatment of hypertension and expounds the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and typical cases of hypertension.Based on the record"If the collaterals are obstructed,the blood circulation will not be smooth"in Miraculous Pivot,Tutor TIAN believes that if the collaterals are blocked,the blood circulation is not smooth,and if there is blood stasis in the collaterals,the pulse can not dilate or contract.According to this theory,no matter what pathogenic factor it is,it will eventually cause blood stasis,and"collaterals stasis"runs through the whole process of hypertension.It is believed that microvascular changes play a major role in the occurrence and process of hypertension patients.In the process of microvascular lesions,microvascular endothelial cells are the core and starting factor,and the protection of endothelial cells is the core to solve the problem of microvascular lesions.The treatment emphasizes dredging collaterals,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,steadily reducing blood pressure,relieving symptoms step by step,focusing on long-term treatment methods,and"removing blood stasis and dredging collateral"external therapy is established.The external treatment includes scraping,pricking collaterals and bloodletting,cupping,and acupoint embedding,etc.traditional Chinese medicine external treatment technology.The application of the four in sequence can stimulate the function of the meridians and collaterals,adjust the imbalance of the meridians and collaterals,regulate the blood and qi,balance the function of the viscera,it can carry out multi-target and multi-link intervention,reduce adverse reactions,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the damage of target organs,improve the quality of life and treatment effect while lowering blood pressure.关键词
