基于数据挖掘分析中医药治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证糖尿病肾病用药规律
The medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the Qi and Yin both deficiency plus blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System was used to analyse the literature related to treating the Qi(气)and Yin(阴)both deficiency plus blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years,in order to analyse the medication characteristics and rules of the prescriptions used by major TCM practitioners for treating the disease.Methods:The clinical literature on treating the Qi and Yin both deficiency plus blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy in TCM from April 2004 to April 2024 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM databases,and the frequency statistics,association rule analysis,hierarchical clustering analysis,and complex network analysis of included prescriptions were perform by the Microsoft Excel and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.50.Results:A total of 220 prescriptions and 177 Chinese medicines were included in this study.There were 5 high-frequency Chinese medicines with a frequency above 100 times,among which Huangqi(Radix Astragali)had the highest frequency with 202 times.The medicines commonly used were for tonifying,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing heat,inducing astringency,and dredging damp and promoting diuresis.The basic characteristics of high-frequency drugs were mainly warm,cold and moderate,the medicinal flavors were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungency,and the main active ingredients of them were absorbed by liver meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian.The association rule analysis showed that the drug combination of Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae)-Huangqi had the highest frequency.Through cluster analysis,10 core medicine combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained finally.Conclusion:In the treatment of the Qi and Yin both deficiency plus blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy,drugs are mainly used for tonifying,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing heat,inducing astringency,and dredging damp and promoting diuresis,with warm as the main medicinal property and sweet as the main medicinal taste,and the main active ingredients of them were absorbed by liver meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian.The most frequently used matched medicines was Danshen-Huangqi,providing references for clinical medication.关键词
