Abstract
Objective:The acupoint selection rule of acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis was analyzed by data mining technology.Methods:The relevant literature was searched in English databases such as PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Chinese databases such as CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wanfang Data to retrieve the studies on treating ankylosing spondylitis by acupuncture or moxibustion from the establishment of each database to December 31,2023.Acupoint prescriptions were summarized by WPS tables,and the usage frequency,distribution,meridian attribution,specific point attributes,association rules,and clustering of acupuncture points were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 software to systematically summarize and analyze the characteristics of acupuncture point prescriptions for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Results:A total of 398 papers were obtained,involving 235 valid acupoint prescriptions and 110 acupoints,and the total usage frequency was 2 087 times.The high-frequency acupoints were Dazhui(DU14),Shenshu(BL23),Yaoyangguan(DU3)etc.The commonly used acupoints located on governor meridian and Bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang(足太阳膀胱经),and the acupoints are mostly distributed in the middle of the spine and the lumbosacral region.The specific acupoints were mainly the confluent points,Beishu points(背俞穴)and Wushu points(五输穴).There were 18 groups of association rules and 6 effective clusters,and the core acupoint combination was"Dazhui-Yaoyangguan".Conclusion:The acupuncture points for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis follow the treatment principles of warming governor meridian and invigorating Yangqi(阳气),and removing blood stasis and dispelling dampness.关键词
