Abstract
Objective:To analyze the acupoint selection feature for treating low back pain in Zhenjiu Dacheng(《针灸大成》)by data mining technology,so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for selecting acupoints in the treatment of lower back pain.Methods:Taking Zhenjiu Dacheng in the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Dictionary as the retrieval object,the items that met the inclusion criteria were selected to establish a database of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for low back pain from Zhenjiu Dacheng,and the acupoint frequency,acupoint association rules and hierarchical clustering analyses were performed by Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,so as to explore the acupoint selection feature for treating back pain in Zhenjiu Dacheng.Results:There were 88 acupuncture prescriptions for treating low back pain in Zhenjiu Dacheng,involving a total of 62 acupoints,and the total used frequency of acupoints was 181 times.Among the acupoints in Zhenjiu Dacheng for treating low back pain,the top five acupoints with high used frequency were Weizhong(BL40),Shenshu(BL23),Zusanli acupoint(ST36),Kunlun(BL60)and Huantiao(GB30).The acupoints on Taiyang(太阳)bladder meridian of foot were selected mostly,followed by the acupoints on Shaoyang(少阳)gallbladder meridian of foot and Shaoyin(少阴)kidney meridian of foot.The Wushu acupoints(五输穴)were the most frequently used specific acupoints with the largest number.The acupoints were mainly concentrated in the lower limbs and lumbosacral region.By analyzing the association rules of non-single acupoint prescriptions,eight sets of acupoints with strong correlated compatibility were obtained,and the correlation of Weizhong acupoint-Shenshu acupoint combination was the first.Two clusters were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment approach of low back pain in Zhenjiu Dacheng is mainly dredging the meridians and collaterals,supplemented by tonifying Qi(气)and blood,and stimulating Yangqi(阳气).The acupoints on Taiyang bladder meridian of foot and Shaoyang gallbladder meridian of foot were mainly selected for the treatment of low back pain by acupuncture,and the application of specific acupoints is emphasized.The selected acupoints are mainly distributed in the lower limbs and lumbosacral region.The compatibility of acupoints is mainly based on matching near or far points and matching points according to symptoms.关键词
