基于R语言数据挖掘探讨内服中药治疗重症肺炎的用药规律
Exploring the medication rules of treating severe pneumonia with oral Chinese medicine based on R language data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rules of oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:By comprehensively searching the literature in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,etc.,we collected the literature that conformed to the treatment of severe pneumonia by oral Chinese medicine since the establishment of the database until March 15,2024,and recorded all the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines by using the Excel software,and analyzed the nature and flavour,channel tropism and efficiencies.R language was used to conduct frequency,association rules and cluster analysis to explore the medication rules of oral traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Results:A total of 172 Chinese medicine prescriptions were screened,involving 173 Chinese medicinals.The frequency analysis was performed,and the top 10 Chinese medicines were Gancan(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Kuxingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum),Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum),Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Fuling(Poria),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Sangbaipi(Cortex Mori),Jiegeng(Radix Platycodonis),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae).The four natures of Chinese materia medica were mainly cold,followed by warm and calm,the five flavours of Chinese materia medica were mainly sweet and bitter,followed by pungent,and the meridian is mainly the lung meridian,followed by the stomach meridian and the spleen meridian.The top 3 classified by efficacy were expelling phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicines,clearing heat medicines,and tonifying deficiency medicines.Through the medication rules analysis,it was found that Zhebeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii)-Huangqin was the couplet medicines with the highest degree of support.Five combinations of Chinese medicines were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion:Chinese medicine believes that severe pneumonia is a case of syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and treatment is based on strengthening vital Qi(气)to eliminate pathogenic factor.The syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung is common in clinical practice.It is treated with clearing heat and removing toxicity,ventilating lung Qi for dissipating phlegm,supplemented by benefiting Qi and activating blood,and clearing the Fu-organs(腑).Most of the clinical medicines used are expelling phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicines,clearing heat medicines,and tonifying deficiency medicines.关键词
