Abstract
Objective:To investigate the acupoint selection rules and core acupoint groups of acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD)dysphagia by using data mining technology.Methods:CNKI,SinoMed,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed databases were searched to screen the literature on acupuncture in the treatment of PD dysphagia from January 2004 to March 2024,and the data were descriptively analyzed,and SPSS Modeler 18.0,Gephi0.10.1,SPSS Statistics 26.0 and other statistical software were used to analyze the association rules and exploratory factor analysis of prescriptions,summarizing the results at the same time.Results:A total of 18 articles were included,and 19 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted,involving 58 acupuncture points(including extraordinary points,experience acupoints,etc.),and the top four acupoints with the highest frequency of use were Lianquan(RN23),Fengchi(GB20),Jinjin(EX-HN12)and Yuye(EX-HN13).The extraordinary points are used most frequently,followed by the acupuncture points of conception channel and governor channel.Jinjin,Yuye,posterior pharyngeal wall,Lianquan,Baihui(DU20),Fengchi and other acupoints have strong correlation.A total of 5 common factors were screened by exploratory factor analysis,which can be used as a common acupoint combination for acupuncture therapy in the treatment of PD dysphagia.Conclusion:Through data mining of the included literature,it was found that acupuncture therapy for the treatment of PD dysphagia was based on the principle of dual regulation of conception channel and governor channel,balancing Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),nourishing Qi(气)and nourishing blood,and regulating Qi.Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PD dysphagia are mainly based on local acupoint selection,and the core acupoints are Jinjin,Yuye,posterior pharyngeal wall,Baihui,Lianquan and Fengchi.On this basis,the syndrome differentiation and selection of acupoints are strengthened to strengthen the functions of dispelling wind,invigorating Qi,nourishing Yin,strengthening the spleen,tonifying the kidney,and strengthening bones.At the same time,paying attention to the co-acquisition of near and far,treating both the symptoms and the root causes should be made.关键词
