Abstract
The Zhizichi decoction(栀子豉汤)is a representative prescription that is simple,convenient,inexpensive,and proven effective,which was first recorded in Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》).The view of"The Zhizichi decoction should be used to eliminate stagnant heat"was clearly put forward in Linzheng Zhinan Yi'an(《临证指南医案》)of YE Gui(secondary personal name Tianshi),and the unique role of the Zhizichi decoction in the treatment of stagnant heat was especially emphasized.This view was deeply approved and respected by doctors of past dynasties.In order to better understand and apply this prescription,ancient doctors not only discussed it theoretically,but also verified its curative effect through a lot of clinical practice.In the application of this kind of prescription,the core effect of the Zhizichi decoction has been fully reflected and proved.Through the in-depth exploration of its core efficacy,it is found that the Zhizichi decoction can not only be used to treat stagnant heat,but also can be widely used in treating a series of diseases characterized by"bitter mouth,sticky mouth,odor mouth,fur rot tongue,dry stool,defecation difficulty",so the therapeutic method of"gradually increasing the amount of medicine to the degree of effectiveness"is proposed in the clinical application.That is,the dosage of the medicines is gradually adjusted according to the specific situation and response of the patients until the best therapeutic effect is achieved.This therapeutic method not only ensures the safety of treatment,but also improves the pertinence and effectiveness.Therefore,with its unique effect of"eliminating stagnant heat",the Zhizichi decoction shows a broad application prospect in clinical application.Reasonable application of this prescription can not only broaden its therapeutic scope,but also significantly improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
