Abstract
Objective:To systematically analyze the theories and treatment methods of Tibetan medicine for fever,and to provide data reference for the clinical treatment of fever and scientific research in Tibetan medicine.Methods:The etiology and diagnostic classification of fever contained in Sibu Yidian(《四部医典》)were systematically classified by literature analysis.Results:It was found that fever was a kind of disease in which"pitta"was prevalent,declining and disordered as pathological manifestations,and its main characteristics were the loss of seven substrates and the emaciation and weakness of the body.Fever is a disease caused by the prevalence of"pitta"due to the discomfort of eating and drinking.According to its time,it is divided into six types,such as undercooked heat,positive fever,deficiency heat,sub mature heat,latent heat,and depressed heat,and there are a variety of therapies in the treatment of fever,including adjusting diet,improving living habits,medication,and external treatment.In terms of season,"pitta"tends to be more prosperous in spring and autumn.In terms of sickness,it is often closely related to religious culture,and it is believed that many fevers are caused by the anger.In terms of diet,excessive consumption of sour,spicy,salty diets,as well as high-energy caloric nutritious foods such as meat and alcohol can easily cause"pitta"fever.In terms of daily living,it is believed that excessive or improper daily activities can also cause fever.There are seven classification methods for disease classification,including dependence,time,disease,location,disease system,time and nature.There are three types of diagnosis:diagnosis based on disease internal image analysis,disease external image analysis and disease dense image analysis.In terms of treatment,according to the treatment of fever,it is divided into two types:point-to-point treatment of drugs and symptomatic treatment of the essence of the disease.Conclusion:This paper provides a data reference and research basis for the scientific research and clinical treatment of fever in Tibetan medicine.关键词
