"阴阳离决"视角下肝细胞癌的经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术序贯消融治疗
Treating hepatocellular carcinoma by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the perspective of"separation of Yin and Yang"
摘要
Abstract
The"solitary Yin(阴)"and"solitary Yang(阳)"refer to the state of stagnation and extinction when Yin and Yang are overpowering to the limit,and Yin and Yang are separated from each other.Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)sequential ablation therapy for liver cancer contains TCM theories such as separation of Yin and Yang,solitary Yang cannot be born,and solitary Yin cannot grow,which can be used as TCM treatment methods to guide modern minimally invasive interventional clinical practice.TACE not only blocks the blood supply of the tumor by delivering chemotherapeutic drugs and embolic agents directly to the blood supply artery of the tumor,but also releases a high concentration of chemotherapeutic drugs locally in the tumor to kill the tumor cells,and at the same time protects the physiological and immune functions of the patient to the greatest extent.Ablation therapy directly destroys the tumor tissue through physical or chemical methods,and complements the anti-cancer effects of TACE through vascular blockade and cell killing by chemotherapeutic drugs in order to improve the therapeutic effect,and jointly builds a comprehensive treatment mode.This treatment mode plays an important role in improving the local control rate,reducing the recurrence rate,prolonging the survival period,etc.TACE sequential ablation treatment follows the sequence of"cutting off first and then pulling out"through TACE to stop the majority of the disease first,and applying sequential ablation to cut down the hard ones.The theory of"Yin and Yang separation decision"provides the guiding ideology of TCM holistic view and evidence-based treatment for this treatment mode.Meanwhile,minimally invasive interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma can not only directly affect the tumor,but also activate the body's immune response and induce local and systemic immune response,thus enhancing the effect of controlling and killing the tumor,which has new therapeutic prospects and significance.关键词
