不同针灸疗法改善中风后轻度认知功能障碍的网状Meta分析
A network Meta-analysis of ameliorating mild cognitive impairment after stroke by different acupuncture therapies
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of different acupuncture therapies on ameliorating mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of acupuncture therapies to ameliorate mild cognitive impairment after stroke published from the establishment of databases to March 1,2022 in the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed and Embase databases were searched by computer.RevMan 5.4 and STATA 18 software were used to analyze the results.Results:A total of 24 RCT studies were finally included.The experimental group involved 12 acupuncture therapies:needling the Yang(阳)orifices meridian,needling original points on heart and kidney meridians,the source-collaterals clearing the channels acupuncture,needling of benefiting the marrow and strengthening brain,the restoring consciouness and opening Du(督)meridian acupuncture therapy,restoring consciouness and regulating mind acupuncture therapy,opening Du meridian and relieving depresse acupuncture therapy,opening Du meridian and regulating mind acupuncture therapy,transcranial stimulation in emotional area therapy,thunder-fire needling,abdominal-acupuncture-therapy,and electroacupuncture.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.In terms of curative effect,the curative effect of acupuncture plus conventional Western medicine was higher than that of conventional Western medicine alone.Conclusion:Conventional Western medicine therapy combined with different acupuncture therapies can enhance the clinical effect on mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Due to the differences between studies and the lack of direct comparison between different acupuncture therapies,the efficacy ranking of acupuncture therapies needs to be demonstrated by multicenter,large sample and randomized double-blind trials.关键词
