基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗青少年早发性抑郁症的研究热点及趋势分析
The research hotspot and trend analysis of treating early onset depression in adolescents by acupuncture based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the status,hot spots and development trend of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of adolescent early-onset depression to provide reference for future research.Methods:The relevant studies on acupuncture in the treatment of adolescent early-onset depression published before August 31,2023 were searched through the core journal databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Web of Science,and visualized by CiteSpace 6.1.R6.Results:A total of 633 literatures in Chinese and 340 in English were included.The first foreign study was published in 2003,the first domestic study was published in 1996,and the number of literatures showed a steady upward trend from 2013.The research focus at home and abroad mainly focuses on the influencing factors and treatment measures of adolescent early-onset depression,foreign researchers paid more attention to the pathological characteristics,prone groups and treatment effects of adolescent early-onset depression,while China mainly focused on the specific methods of acupuncture treatment of adolescent early-onset depression.Conclusion:In the future,health care workers should pay attention to the evaluation of different categories of adolescent early-onset depression,and make reasonable use of data mining and efficacy evaluation tools,so as to provide better targeted treatment programs.At the same time,high-quality prospective studies should be carried out in order to maximize the improvement of treatment methods and form normative guidelines for promotion and application.关键词
