酸枣仁汤对COPD合并焦虑患者TLR4/NF-κB信号通路的影响
Influencing of Suanzaoren decoction on TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in pa-tients with COPD complicated with anxiety
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of Suanzaoren decoction on anti-anxiety and improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure who were admitted to The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from April 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,90 patients with hospital anxiety scale(HAS)score of hospital anxiety depression scale higher than 9 were divided into es-tazolam group, blank control group and Suanzaoren decoction group by random number table method. In addition to conventional treatment,estazolam(2 mg),blank control and Suanzaoren decoction were respectively given. After 1 week of treatment,HAS score,pH value,PaO2,PaCO2,neuropeptide Y(NPY),IL-8,TNF-α,nucle-ar factor-κB(NF-κB)mRNA and toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)mRNA were examined. Results Compared with Estazolam group,IL-8,TNF-α,NF-κB mRNA and TLR4 mRNA were significantly decreased in Suanzaoren de-coction group(P<0.05),while HAS score,pH value,PaO2,PaCO2 and NPY were not significantly different(P>0.05).Compared with the black control group,HAS score,NPY,IL-8,TNF-α,NF-κB mRNA and TLR4 mRNA were significantly decreased in Suanzaoren decoction group(P<0.05),while pH value,PaO2 and PaCO2 were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Suanzaoren decoction can effectively improve the anxiety symptoms of COPD patients, and the mechanism of improving the anxiety symptoms may be through in-hibiting TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway.关键词
