艾司唑仑联合养血安神膏治疗老年高血压伴失眠的临床效果
Observation of the clinical effect of Estazolam combined with Yangxue Anshen Ointment in the treatment of insomnia among elderly patients with hyperten-sion

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Estazolam combined with Yangxue Anshen Ointment on sleep quality,blood pressure,quality of life,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom complex scores among older a-dults with hypertension and insomnia,with the aim of establishing a foundation for clinical application.Methods 136 patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group.Both groups received routine sleep care,fundamental antihypertensive treatment and Estazolam;the experimental group was also given Yangxue An-shen Ointment for a 10-day therapy.To analyze the effects of Yangxue Anshen Ointment,the changes after the therapy in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),sleep quality,blood pressure,quality of life,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Complex Scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the experimental group exhibited a significantly lower PSQI score compared to the control group(9.36±2.98 vs 12.19±3.19;P＜0.05);the statistically significant between-group differences were observed in both sleep im-provement rates and overall sleep quality improvement(P＜0.05).The changes in the outcome indicators after the therapy(blood pressure,quality of life,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom complex scores)were statistically significant between groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Estazolam combined with Yangxue Anshen Oint-ment can effectively improve the sleep quality of older adults with hypertension and insomnia.In addition,it exhibits beneficial effects on blood pressure,the quality of life and traditional Chinese medicine symptom complex scores.关键词
