丹菊饮联合三黄洗剂治疗热毒蕴结型肺癌靶向药物相关性皮疹的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Danju Formula Combined with Sanhuang Lotion in the Treatment of Targeted Drug Related Rash of Heat Toxin Accumulation Type in Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Danju Fomula combined with Sanhuang Lotion in the treatment of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs)related rash of heat toxin accumulation type in lung cancer,and provide reference for exploring safe and effective treatment.Methods A total of 100 eligible lung cancer patients with EGFR-TKIs related rash were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given topical hydrocortisone butyrate cream.The treatment group was treated with Danju Formula(Cortex Moutan 9 g,Radix Paeoniae Rubra 9 g,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici 9 g)combined with Sanhuang Lotion for 4 weeks on the basis of the control group.The levels of interleukin(IL)-17 and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)were detected before and after treatment,clinical symptom scores and rash grading were recorded,and clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-17 and TNF-α in the treatment group decreased and were both lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical symptom scores of itching,pain,and rash in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the improvement of rash severity of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(92.00％vs 66.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danju Fomula and Sanhuang Lotion has significant therapeutic effects on EGFR-TKIs related rash,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,promote skin lesion healing,and reduce inflammatory damage.关键词
