基于正虚毒积发病观浅谈扶正消积法治癌经验
Discussion on Reinforcing Vital Qi and Eliminating Accumulation Method in the Treatment of Cancer Based on the Concept of Vital Qi Deficiency and Toxin Accumulation
摘要
Abstract
Professor TIAN Huaqin,a famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor in Guangdong province,has been deeply engaged in TCM for nearly 40 years.Based on the profound accumulation of TCM theory and extensive clinical practice,she innovatively puts forward the pathogenesis of"vital qi deficiency and toxin accumulation"and the cancer treatment law of"reinforcing vital qi and eliminating accumulation".This concept emphasizes that vital qi deficiency is the root of cancer,and the accumulation of cancer toxin is the key to the progression of disease.It proposes strengthening the foundation as the basis through the whole process,so as to promote vital qi and eliminate accumulation.Besides,accumulation elimination and detoxification is the key to directly attack disease location,and to implement the targeted strategy of detoxification and elimination through precise differentiation of various cancer toxins and pathogenic factors.In clinical practice,attention should be paid to prescription medication according to different characteristics of zangfu,skillful use of guiding medicinal herbs to improve efficacy,and persistence of the concept of integrated Chinese and western medicine to deal with acute and critical cancer diseases.This differentiation and treatment system provides beneficial new ideas and new methods for the prevention and treatment of cancer with integrated Chinese and western medicine,and is expected to promote the development of clinical practice of TCM oncology.关键词
