不同抑芽方式对烤烟叶片生长素及钾含量的影响
Effects of Different Bud Suppression Methods on the Content of IAA and Potassium in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

Abstract
[Objective]In order to explore the effect of physiological regulation measures on the quality of flue-cured tobacco.[Method]Differ-ent bud suppression treatments were conducted after topping the tobacco leaves in Luzhou tobacco area,the dynamic changes of growth hormone content in tobacco leaves and potassium content in flue-cured tobacco under different treatments were analyzed.[Result]During the first axil-lary bud growth stage,the IAA content was decreased to the minimum at 36 hours after topping,and then increased with the growth of tobacco.However,the maximum of IAA content did not exceed the background value at the time of topping until the first time of the buds were smeared.During axillary bud growth stage,the IAA content in 16th-17th leaves and 10th-11th leaves showed"sinusoidal"wave pattern.The variation of the peak and trough values of IAA content in 16th-17th leaves were ranked as:second axillary bud>first axillary bud>third axillary bud>fourth axillary bud.However,the variation of the peak and trough values of IAA content in 10th-11th leaves were ranked as:first axillary bud>the second axillary bud>the third axillary bud.The total potassium contents of 16th-17th and 10th-11th leaves in treatment 2 showed"si-nusoidal"wave pattern,and the peak and trough values were decreased with the growth of tobacco plants.[Conclusion]After topping,by using manual wiping of the axillary bud in the first leaf at the top,while the axillary buds of the other leaf positions treated with the bud suppression agent fluconamide could change the leaf IAA content and increase the leaf potassium content in different leaf positions of tobacco plants,and re-duce the nicotine content,coordinate flue-cured tobacco chemistry,however,the impact intensity in 16th-17th leaf positions at the upper part was higher than that of 10th-11th leaf positions at the middle part.关键词
