青贮添加剂对燕麦与苜蓿混合青贮发酵品质的影响
Effects of Silage Additives on the Fermentation Quality of Mixed Silage of Oat and Alfalfa

Abstract
In order to explore the effects of different silage additives on the mixed fermentation quality of whole-plant oat and alfalfa(2:1),we set up control group(no addition),and five additive groups,including test Ⅰ group(adding compound bacterial agent),test Ⅱ group(adding compound enzyme preparation),test Ⅲ group(adding compound bacterial agent+compound enzyme preparation),test Ⅳ group(adding formic acid),test Ⅴ group(adding propionic acid).After 120 days,the fermentation quality and nutrient composition of silage feed were determined.The results showed that there was no significant difference in pH between additive treatment groups and control group(P>0.05).The lactic acid content in test Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that in other groups.Acetic acid content in test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The contents of lactic acid and acetic acid in test group Ⅳ were the lowest,which were significantly differences with those in other groups(P<0.05).The crude protein content of mixed silage in additive treatment groups significantly increased than that in control group(P<0.05).The contents of soluble carbohydrate in test groups Ⅳ was significantly higher than those in other groups,and the content of acid detergent fiber in test groups Ⅳ,Ⅴ was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding compound bacterial agent,compound enzyme preparation,compound bacterial agent+compound enzyme preparation,formic acid,propionic acid had no obvious improvement effect on the fermentation quality of the mixed silage of whole-plant oat and alfalfa,but it improved its crude protein content.关键词
