Abstract

[Objective]To study the effects of multiple sprays of different concentrations of microbial agent CY30 on the growth,development and yield of cotton under spraying conditions.[Method]Using cotton Tahe 2 as the experimental material,a total of 4 treatments were tested,and a total of 6 sprays of 15 billion CFU/mL Bacillus subtilis fermentation broth+molasses adjuvant or water were applied during the cotton seedling stage,bud stage and flowering stage.The spraying time and frequency were the same,and the spraying concentrations were 22.500 L/hm2(T1 treatment),16.500 L/hm2(T2 treatment),10.125 L/hm2(T3 treatment)and 0 L/hm2(clean water treatment CK),re-spectively.[Result]The appropriate spraying of microbial agents was beneficial for regulating the growth and yield of cotton.T2 treatment could slow down the decline rate of leaf area index,enable cotton plants to enter reproductive growth early,and effectively improve cotton plant height and stem thickness.T2 treatment had the highest yield,with seed cotton yield of 7 850.00 kg/hm2 and lint cotton yield of 3 666.17 kg/hm2,respectively.There was no significant difference compared to T1 treatment,and it was significantly higher than T3 and CK treatments(P<0.05).T3 and CK treatment increased yields by 10.1%,15.2%(seed cotton),and 10.3%,18.7%(lint cotton),respec-tively.[Conclusion]Under the conditions of this experiment,spraying 16.500 L/hm2 15 billion CFU/mL Bacillus subtilis fermentation broth+molasses adjuvant(T2 treatment)is beneficial for the growth and yield improvement of cotton.
