外源硒处理对弥勒珠芽魔芋根际土壤细菌群落的影响
The Effect of Exogenous Selenium Treatment on the Bacterial Community in the Rhizosphere Soil of Amorphophallus muelleri

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the effect of adding selenium fertilizer on the bacterial community in the rhizosphere soil of Amorphophallus muelleri.[Method]The changes in the composition and diversity of the bacterial community in the rhizosphere soil of Amorphophallus muelleri under exogenous selenium treatment were analyzed by means of 16S amplicon sequencing technology,and the functions of the relevant commu-nities were further analyzed through PICRUSt function prediction analysis.[Result]Exogenous selenium treatment increased the OTU abun-dance,the number of unique bacterial OTUs and the community diversity in the rhizosphere soil of Amorphophallus muelleri simultaneously.The OTU abundance and the number of unique OTUs in the selenium-treated group were 1.03 and 1.08 times those in the control group,re-spectively.PCoA further revealed that the samples in the selenium-treated group and the control group were clearly separated on the first prin-cipal component with a relatively large distance between them,indicating that the bacterial community structures in the rhizosphere soil of Amorphophallus muelleri in the two groups were significantly different.Species composition analysis showed that,compared with the control group,the relative abundances of beneficial microorganisms such as Actinobacteriota,Chloroflexi,Acidobacteriota,Sphingomonas,Streptomy-ces and Gemmatimonas in the rhizosphere soil of the selenium-treated group exhibited an increasing trend.PICRUSt function prediction showed that more metabolism-related functions of the bacterial community in the rhizosphere of Amorphophallus muelleri after exogenous selenium treat-ment were enhanced compared with those in the control group,such as amino acid metabolism,carbohydrate metabolism and energy metabo-lism,etc.[Conclusion]Exogenous selenium treatment could lead to a large number of changes in the bacterial community in the rhizosphere soil of Amorphophallus muelleri,which was conducive to creating a stable and more diversified rhizosphere microbial community structure.关键词
