光质和光强对雪茄茄衣烟叶晾制过程中颜色和组织结构的影响
Effect of Light Quality and Light Intensities on Quality of Cigar Wrapper Tobacco Leaves During Drying

Abstract
Light not only affects the synthesis and decomposition of pigments,but also affects the appearance and color of tobacco leaves.However,there is a lack of research on effects of light on the quality of cigar leaves during drying.Cigar CX26 was used as material in this study,and different light quality(conventional curing(CK),red light(R30),yellow light(Y30),blue light(B30),green light(G30),white light(W30))and light intensities(white light with 5(W5),10(W10),15(W15),20(W20),30 W(W30))were set,to study the effects of each treatment on the color change,pigment contents,structure and quality of cigar tobacco leaves during the drying process.Results indicated that light quality could accelerate the turning to yellow and brown,and increase the browning index of tobacco leaves.The browning index of R30 and B30 was 80.0%and 63.7%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments.Appropri-ate light intensity(W15)can deepen the color of tobacco leaves.After drying,the total color difference value of tobacco leaves treated with W15 was ΔE 25.3,and its color value L-,a-and b-were 47.5,9.6 and 30.2,respectively,which were higher than other treatments.Compared with conventional drying,the accumulation of MDA was increased by light treatment and increased with the increase of light intensi-ty.Light treatment accelerated the atrophy of tobacco leaves and reduced the thickness of leaf surface,palisade tissue and spongy tissue.Proper illumination can improve the quality of tobacco leaves and provide reference for optimizing the drying process of cigar tobacco leaves.关键词
