Embedded Governance:Path Analysis of Farmers'Participation in Water Environment Governance—Based on the Investigation of L Village in Liuzhou City

Abstract
Farmers'participation in water environment governance actions is influenced by multiple relationships,and promoting effective participation of farmers is the result of multiple factors working together.In the practice of water environment governance in L Village,Liuzhou City,the embedding of political,institutional,and cognitive elements can fully leverage the role of farmers as the main body of governance and effectively promote their participation in water environment governance.Embedding political elements to provide a political foundation for farm-ers'participation in water environment governance;embedding institutional elements to establish rules for farmers'participation in water envi-ronment governance;embedding cognitive elements to enhance farmers'awareness of participation in water environment governance.The em-bedding and joint action of the above governance elements provide a practical and feasible path for farmers to participate in water environment governance.关键词
