The Value Implication,Shortcomings and Practical Path of Digital Village Construction in Chengdu-Chongqing Region Empowered by New Quality Productivity
摘要
Abstract
The construction of digital villages is the fundamental for rural revitalization but also plays an important role in promoting the mod-ernization of agriculture and rural areas.New quality productivity plays a central role in empowering the construction of digital villages through factor circulation,technological innovation and model transformation.Presently,Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is facing challenges in the construction of digital villages,including poor circulation of factors,scarcity of digital talent,weak facility infrastructure,insufficient gov-ernance capacity and weak digital applications.New quality productivity has great potential in empowering the construction of digital villages in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.In the future,new quality productivity should be used to cultivate"new"talents,integrate"new"re-sources,use"new labor tools",and promote the upgrading of agriculture,rural development,and farmers'prosperity through scientific and technological innovation,so as to achieve new quality and new efficiency,and realize high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.关键词
