乡村振兴背景下高校推动乡村治理人才队伍建设情况研究
Research on the Promotion of Rural Governance Talent Team Construction by Universities Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
Rural governance talents are the key force for rural revitalization.The CPC's party organizations,government,enterprises,social organizations,universities and other multiple subjects play an important role in the construction of rural governance talents.As an important base for talent cultivation,universities shoulder the important mission of delivering rural governance talents to the grassroots and have unique advantages.However,there is currently a lack of motivation,incentives,and constraints for universities to assist in the construction of rural governance talent teams.In order to strengthen collaborative cooperation with diverse entities such as CPC's party organizations,governments,enterprises,and social organizations,universities need to start from ideological guidance,incentive drive,and institutional guarantees,take effective measures,fully stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative in rural governance talent cultivation,improve participation efficiency,and better serve the rural revitalization strategy.关键词
