中医筋膜刀联合悬吊康复训练技术治疗髂胫束综合征的应用研究
An Applied Study of TCM Fascial Knife Combined with Sling Exercise Therapy in Treatment of Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of TCM fascial knife combined with sling exercise therapy(SET)for iliotibial band syndrome(ITBS).Methods:Sixty cases of ITBS patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30),the observation group received TCM fascial knife combined with SET,while the control group simply received SET.Both groups received treatment for 4 weeks,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,lower extremity function scale(LEFS)score,and ITB thickness at the lateral femoral condyle on ultrasound were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the LEFS score in both groups was increased,and the score of experimental group was 74.93±3.44,which was significantly higher than 70.80±4.87 of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased,and the score of the experimental group was 1.00±0.95,which was significantly lower than 2.17±1.34 of con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with that before treatment,ITB thickness decreased in both groups after treatment,and it was 1.73±0.38 mm in experimental group,which was significantly lower than 2.33±0.38 mm in control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM fascial knife combined with SET can effectively alleviate knee joint pain in ITBS patients,which has crucial significance on lower extremity function recovery and improvement of ITB swelling thickness,exerting superior effects to SET alone.关键词
