摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion combined with negative pressure closed drain-age in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ pressure ulcers,and its effect on the growth factors of granulation tissue.Methods:This study adopted a prospective randomized controlled design,selecting patients with stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ pressure ulcers admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 as the research subjects.A total of 40 patients were included,and they were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was intervened with surgical dressing change,and the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with negative pressure closed drainage.Compare the pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH),TCM syndrome score,VAS score,ap-pearance and healing time of granulation tissue,and granulation tissue growth factor(EGF,bFGF,VEGF)levels between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the PUSH(tissue type,24-hour exudate,wound area,total score)score,TCM symptom score,and VAS score of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of EGF,bFGF,and VEGF increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the PUSH(tissue type,24-hour exu-date,wound area,total score)score,TCM symptom score,and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05),and the appearance time of granulation tissue and wound healing time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of EGF,bFGF,and VEGF were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The combination of VSD and thunder fire moxibustion treatment for stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ pressure ulcers can effectively reduce the area of injury,decrease exudate,promote healthy granulation tissue generation,alleviate pain,and accelerate wound repair process by regulating the expression levels of key cytokines such as EGF,bFGF,VEGF,etc.关键词
