共享呼吸机在临床应用期间床旁管理模式的建立及应用
Establishment and application of bedside management mode for shared ventilators during clinical application

Abstract
Objective To construct the management mode of shared ventilator machine side,and observe its clinical application value of shared ventilator.Methods In view of various problems caused by the unfamiliar brand and model,lack of responsibility and inadequate daily management during the clinical application of the shared ventilator,we constructed a bedside management mode of the shared ventilator machine,including bedside guidance before the first use of the machine and bedside management during use.In order to verify the application value of the management mode,we selected 557 shared ventilators with conventional management mode from January to December 2022 as the control group,and 528 shared ventilators with bedside management mode from January to December 2023 as the observation group.The time spent on the first machine,the damage of the ventilator flow sensor,the daily maintenance of the ventilator and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The first time of invasive ventilator was(8.50±1.35)min,the first time of non-invasive ventilator was(6.57±1.34)min,the damage rate of flow sensor was 1.1%,and the incidence of adverse events was 8.05%in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The qualified rate of invasive ventilator daily maintenance 95.10%and non-invasive ventilator daily maintenance 96.52%in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Bedside management mode has excellent management performance during the clinical application of shared ventilators,which plays a positive role in ensuring the safety of equipment use and promoting the benign operation of shared ventilators,which is worthy of reference and promotion.关键词
