台阶高度对青年女性静态平衡能力的影响分析
Analysis of the effect of step height on static balance in young women

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of different step heights on static balance function in young women.Methods Twenty healthy young women were recruited for the study.Participants were instructed to wear Footscan plantar pressure insoles and adjust their pelvic positions to evenly distribute plantar pressure across the insoles.The experiment was conducted in a noise-free environment.Monitoring was performed under eyes-open conditions at step heights of 0 cm,5 cm,and 25 cm.Subjects stood in the center of the step,fixing their gaze horizontally on a marker"☉"on the wall to prevent head movements from affecting the final results.Plantar pressure data were recorded for 10 seconds and preprocessed using Python software to derive various metrics including COP-ML(Center of pressure-mediolateral)adjustment speed,COP-AP(anteroposterior)adjustment speed,overall COP adjustment speed,95%confidence circle area,ML amplitude,AP amplitude,maximum sway,and minimum sway.Results Statistical significance(P<0.05)was observed in the relationship between step height and balance parameters.COP-ML adjustment speed,COP-AP adjustment speed,overall COP adjustment speed,95%confidence circle area,ML amplitude,AP amplitude,and maximum sway increased as step height increased.When comparing the dominant foot with the non-dominant foot,significant differences were found in the 95%confidence circle area,COP-AP adjustment speed,total COP adjustment speed,and AP amplitude at varying step heights(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)When young women stood on steps of different heights,highly their static balance ability decreased with increasing step height.Factors acting on the 95%confidence circle area,the adjustment speed of COP,and the amplitude of swing affected the static balance ability.(2)Comparing the dominant and nondominant side of the foot,the dominant side of the foot as the dominant side maintains the balance by employing ankle adjustment strategies to cope with the different step heights.关键词
