Treatment of insomnia through identification of the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms by Professor Tong Xiaolin
摘要
Abstract
Insomnia is centered on persistent sleep disturbances and is often accompanied by a variety of clinical symptoms,resulting in complex manifestations.Accurate identification of the core symptom and elimination of superficial interferences are key to achieving precise treatment of insomnia.Professor Tong Xiaolin has innovatively proposed the"Ducang"theory(the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms),which emphasizes grasping the main symptoms,distinguishing the hidden pattern,and seeking the underlying pathogenesis on the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and precise syndrome differentiation is carried out.In clinical practice,by focusing on the distinctive accompanying symptoms of insomnia of"frequent nightmares and inner fear(the"Ducang syndrome"),and targeting the underlyng core pathogenesis of stagnated gallbladder qi with phlegm blockade and heat disturbing heart-mind,Huanglian Wendan Decoction is applied for treatment.This therapy has achieved good therapeutic effects.关键词
