从"木郁达之"论治阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并2型糖尿病
Discussion on treatment of obstructive sleep apnea with type 2 diabetes mellitus based on the principle of restoring the smoothness of stagnant liver qi by soothing the liver and regulating qi
摘要
Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)belongs to the pathological state of disharmony of qi and blood,and qi and blood and fluid"stagnation".Emotional disorders and liver depression and qi stagnation are both precursors to its onset.Patients with OSA are prone to turbid phlegm,stagnated heat and internal amassment,stagnant qi movement,and abnormal rise and fall of the spleen and stomach,aggravating the disturbance of water and grain essence distribution,and promoting the occurrence of T2DM.This disease involves secondary lesions caused by the imbalance of functions of the liver and gallbladder and the adjacent organs.The treatment should focus on smoothing qi movement,and flexibly apply methods such as soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,clearing the liver and eliminating turbidity,calming the liver and eliminating wind,regulating the liver and meridians,promoting bile flow and harmonizing the stomach,nourishing the liver and benefiting the kidneys in clinical practice.This helps to balance the deficiency and excess of qi and blood in the liver,restore normal liver function,and promote liver function,in order to eliminate blockages and ensure unobstructed flow,treat both manifestation and root cause of disease,regulate the body and mine,and tend to improve various symptoms.关键词
