瘿瘤的中医古籍文献研究
Research in ancient books and literature of traditional Chinese medicine on gall
摘要
Abstract
The treatment of gall should prioritize the regulation of qi and blood.Its pathogenesis is based on the stagnation of qi and blood,and the combination of phlegm stasis and dampness-heat is the standard.External factors emphasize syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by environmental cold toxins and sandy water quality,while internal factors focus on stagnation pattern of seven relations,leading to impaired liver conveyance and dispersion.The specific location of the disease is concentrated in the neck region where the Ren meridian and Yangming meridian converge,and the disease is mainly characterized by heat.A distinctive therapeutic method involves medicated thread ligation,which achieves non-invasive detachment of lesions by progressively blocking the supply of qi and blood to the lesion.The prescription system is based on salty,cold,soft and hard medicines such as seaweed and kelp,combined with common selfheal fruit-spike to clear liver and dispel nodules,and Forsythia suspensa to promote heat and eliminate carbuncles,supplemented by tonics such as Siwu Tang(Four Substances Decoction)and Guipi Tang(Spleen-Restoring Decoction)to regulate qi and blood imbalance.The treatment principle emphasizes"qi and blood harmony,"employing strengthening vital qi methods such as strengthening the spleen,resolving phlegm,nourishing blood,and soothing liver to resolve pathological products,combined with the use the drugs of activating qi-flowing and resolving hard mass.关键词
