Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-Scorpion
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that Scorpion mainly has the effects of relieving spasm by calming endogenous wind,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,and attacking poison and resolving masses.The symptom targets are slanted mouth and eyes,spasmodic convulsions,unfavorable limbs and joints,itchy skin,pain,and coughing and wheezing.The biochemical indicator targets are tumors and proteinuria.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Scorpion and its active ingredients have antibacterial,anticancer,anti-inflammatory,and immune regulation effects.Scorpion poison is the main substance responsible for the action and toxicity of whole scorpion,which can cause respiratory paralysis and even severe allergic reactions,and it needs to be processed and used as medicine.Clinical dosage should be cautious to ensure the safety of medication.The commonly used dosage for decoction in clinical practice is 3-20 g,the dosage of powdered or pill powder is 1.5-4.5 g.关键词
