Liu Chunfu's experience in treating fluorosis of bone from the perspectives of deficiency,evil and stasis
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces Professor Liu Chunfu's experience in treating fluorosis of bone from the perspectives of deficiency,evil,and stasis.Combined with the characteristics of fluorosis,Professor Liu Chunfu believes that the pathogenesis of fluorosis of bone is based on the deficiency of kidney essence,the etiology is invasion of fluorosis,and the key link is the retention of blood stasis in the veins and channels,ultimately resulting in the deficiency of the liver and kidney,withered tendons and bones,and the lack of use of all the joints,with the deficiency,evil,and stasis as the core pathogenesis of the disease.Professor Liu Chunfu proposes the theory of deficiency,evil and stasis as the core treatment of fluorosis of bone,based on tonifying the kidney and consolidating the primordial qi.The treatment principles include dispelling the evil out of the body,resolving blood stasis to stop paralysis and pain,and tonifying the liver and kidney to strengthen the tendons and bones,combined with the medicines of dispelling the wind,dispelling the cold,and removing the dampness,and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.关键词
