Fu Xifang's experience in treating cough
摘要
Abstract
Director Fu Xifang's believes that the etiology of cough is mainly divided into two categories,namely external infection and internal injury,and the key to its pathogenesis lies in the dysfunction of lung qi in dispersion and descending function.Director Fu Xifang finds that cough not only requires a clear distinction between external infection and internal injury cough,but also requires refined syndrome differentiation of cold,heat,deficiency and excess syndrome in combination with clinical experience,with special attention paid to the retention of wind pathogens and syndrome of pathogenic fluid invading lung.In terms of treatment,the first step is to dispel external pathogens,and emphasize promoting lung function and resolving phlegm,while paying attention to emotional factors,and being good at dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation.Li-Yan Tang formula has been self formulated,advocating the use of Schisandra chinensis to astringe lung qi,and emphasizing the importance of strengthening the spleen and the kidneys for the elderly patients.This paper proposes a comprehensive syndrome differentiation theory that combines pharynx,tongue,phlegm,cough symptoms,pulse and other information,and takes into account changes in the climate of the four seasons.This article innovatively compiles the cough syndrome differentiation song,and adheres to the principle of comprehensive treatment based on syndrome differentiation in accordance with the changes of the four seasons.关键词
