原晓风从肝脾论治小儿抽动障碍临证经验
Yuan Xiaofeng's clinical experience in treating pediatric tic disorders from the perspective of liver and spleen theory
摘要
Abstract
Professor Yuan Xiaofeng has rich clinical experience and unique insights into the treatment of pediatric tic disorders.Professor Yuan believes that tic disorders are mostly attributed to the liver and spleen.When the liver is hyperactivity and the spleen is deficiency,liver wind can easily stir up latent phlegm.Professor Yuan attributes the core pathogenesis to hyperactivity of the liver leading to stirring wind and spleen deficiency with phlegm accumulation.In clinical practice,the basic treatment principles include calming the liver and invigorating spleen,and dissipating phlegm and calming endogenous wind.Professor Yuan has developed the Shugan Yipi Decoction for treatment,which can disperse stagnated liver qi and invigorate spleen qi,resolve phlegm,and calm endogenous wind.The prescription is adjusted according to different symptoms in clinical practice.Meanwhile,during the treatment,Professor Yuan also pays attention to the congenital endowment and daily care.This can serve as a reference for colleagues.关键词
