强肾通督针刺法联合推拿治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症
Treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis with the combination of Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture and massage

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(DLSS).Methods According to different treatment methods,80 patients with DLSS were divided into the control group(38 cases,treated with simple massage)and the treatment group(42 cases,treated with Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture and massage).After 2 weeks of treatment,curative efficacy of two groups was compared.The scores of the Spinal Narrowness Specific Scale(SSM),the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),and the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)of two groups were compared before and after treatment.The changes in levels of interleukin(IL)-1 β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and IL-1 α of two groups were also compared before and after treatment.The normal walking distance and incidence of adverse reactions were also compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the response rate in the treatment group(95.24%,40/42)was higher than that in the control group(73.68%,28/38)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,SSM score and ODI in treatment group decreased,and JOA score increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS score in the treatment group decreased;and normal walking distance in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-1α were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with massage can relieve the pain,and improve lumbar spine function and intermittent claudication in DLSS patients.关键词
