Study on acupuncture and moxibustion combined with respiratory oscillatory expectoration apparatus in the treatment of stroke related pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with respiratory oscillatory expectoration apparatus on stroke related pneumonia.Methods 100 stroke related pneumonia patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing care,the control group was treated with respiratory oscillatory expectoration apparatus,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on th basis of the treatment of the control group.The changes of the pulmonary infection score(CPIS),the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,the fatigue severity scale(FSS)score,the cough score,the sputum score,the lung function[forced expiratory volume per second(FEV1),the forced vital capacity(FVC),the peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),the maximum ventilation volume(MVV)],the blood gas analysis indicators[partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2),arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),pH value],and the inflammatory indicators[procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α)]before and after treatment in two groups were observed,and the total effective rate of two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the CPIS score,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,the FSS score,the cough score,the sputum score,the PEF index,and the levels of PaCO2,PCT,CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of FEV1,FVC,MVV,PaO2,PaCO2 and pH value in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(94.00%,47/50)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%,40/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with respiratory oscillatory expectoration apparatus can inhibit inflammatory reaction in the body,regulate blood gas analysis indicators,improve lung function,alleviate clinical symptoms of patients,and improve curative effect in the treatment of stroke related pneumonia.关键词
