清热消滞减癌汤治疗食管癌痰气交阻证
Treatment of phlegm-qi obstruction in esophageal cancer with Qingre Xiaozhi Jiancancer Decoction

Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Qingre Xiaozhi Xiaocancer Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer(EC)with phlegm-qi obstruction.Methods 108 patients with EC with phlegm-qi obstruction were selected retrospectively and divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=56)according to envelope method.The control group received chemotherapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Qingre Xiaozhi Xiaocancer Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group(71.43%,40/56)was higher than that of the control group(51.92%,27/52)(P<0.05),and the objective remission rate(82.14%,46/56)was higher than that of the control group(63.46%,33/52)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Th17 and Th17/Treg,TCM syndrome scores,the levels of fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),Quality of Life Questionnaire-Oesophageal Cancer 18(QLQ-OES18) scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and Treg level and Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),transcription factor yin-yang 1(YY1),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Patients were followed up for 1 year,and the survival rate of observation group[98.18%(54/55)]was higher than that of the control group[82.00%(41/50)].Conclusion Qingre Xiaozhi Xiaocancer Decoction combined with chemotherapy has significant effect in the treatment of EC patients,which can effectively improve the immune status of patients,reduce the levels of tumor proliferation related factors and tumor markers,and reduce the mortality.This therapy has high clinical safety.关键词
