Abstract
A typical fault of the pressure differential(improved)sanding device applied to a certain harmonious AC drive electric locomotive was studied.Based on its structural principle,theoretical analysis was conducted and combined with the detection and analysis of the disassembly of the faulty parts.At the same time,a simulation model based on the use of Euler multi-phase flow was used to simulate and analyze the actual operating conditions of the sanding device.Finally,the theoretical analysis conclusion of its structural principle and the disassembly and detection results of the faulty parts were combined with the simulation results of the Euler multi-phase flow model.An optimization and improvement plan and measures were proposed to effectively solve the typical failure of sand delivery caused by blockage of the sanding air nozzle in the pressure differential(improved)sanding device,which provided a theoretical basis for improving the usability and service life of this sanding device.The optimized and improved sanding device can effectively avoid the failure of sand delivery caused by blockage of the sanding air nozzle,thereby improving the reliability of the sanding system and ensuring the normal operation of the locomotive.关键词
