穴位贴敷治疗空洞型肺结核气阴两虚证
Research in acupoint application for the treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with directly observed treatment,short-course(DOTS)in the treatment of patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods The clinical data of patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome were retrospectively collected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the treatment method.The control group(n=30)was treated with DOTS,while the treatment group(n=46)received traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupoint application therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The acupoint application was carried out once every other day for 30 days as one course of treatment.The changes in TCM syndrome scores,serum C-reactive protein,and serum amyloid protein of two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the absorption rate of CT lesions,changes in cavities,and the conversion of sputum bacteria to negative were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score,and levels of serum C-reactive protein and serum amyloid protein in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The absorption of CT lesions,the conversion rate of sputum bacteria,and the shrinkage and closure rate of cavities in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of leukopenia and gastrointestinal reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with DOTS in the treatment of patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome has ideal clinical efficacy,which can effectively improve the TCM syndrome,enhance the efficacy,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
