摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the vibration problem of the carbon brush of the permanent magnet propulsion motor during operation,the modal analysis of the carbon brush was carried out using Ansys Workbench to obtain the first six modal frequencies and vibration modes of the carbon brush.At the same time,the influence of the contact stiffness between the carbon brush and the rotating shaft on the natural frequency of the carbon brush structure was analyzed.The results show that the natural frequency of the carbon brush structure increases with the increase of the contact stiffness between the carbon brush and the rotating shaft.The natural frequency of the carbon brush structure can be changed by adjusting the contact stiffness between the carbon brush and the rotating shaft to avoid resonance.Finally,through the vibration examples of the carbon brush of the permanent magnet propulsion motor,the vibration characteristics of the carbon brush under different conditions were analyzed,providing a reference basis for the vibration characteristic analysis of the carbon brush of the permanent magnet propulsion motor.
