穴位埋线治疗2型糖尿病肝郁脾虚证
Study on acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency

Abstract
Objective To Explore the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency according to the principle of"restraining wood and supporting soil".Methods 90 T2DM patients with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin and acarbose.The observation group received acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the basis of drug treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.The changes in glucose and lipid metabolism,fasting insulin levels(FINS),and homeostasis model assessment-β(HOMA-β)before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(88.89%,40/45)was higher than that in the control group(71.11%,32/45).After treatment,the glucose and lipid metabolism,FINS and HOMA-β of both groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion The application of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of T2DM with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency according to the principle of"restraining wood and supporting soil"in the five elements can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,clinical symptoms and fasting blood glucose level.This therapy has significant clinical efficacy.关键词
