阴阳钟方治疗屈光不正性弱视
Therapeutic effect of Yin-yang Zhong prescription in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yin-yang Zhong prescription on ametropic amblyopia.Methods 92 patients(184 eyes)with ametropic amblyopia were selected and divided into the conventional group and the traditional Chinese medicine group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with visual function training and 4D digital amblyopia training,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group was treated with Yin-yang Zhong prescription on the basis of the treatment of the conventional group.The TCM syndrome score,binocular vision function,corrected convergence range,corrected separation range and corrected near-stereoscopic acuity of both groups were observed,and clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score and corrected near-stereoscopic acuity in the TCM group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Corrected convergence range,corrected separation range and total effective rate in the TCM group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The normal rates of simultaneous visual function,fusion visual function,and stereoscopic visual function in the TCM group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statisticaly significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ametropic amblyopia,Yin-Yang Zhong prescription can improve patients'visual function,corrected convergence range,corrected separation range and corrected near-stereoscopic acuity,reduce TCM syndrome score and improve clinical efficacy,and have high safety.关键词
