全息经络灸法联合右归丸在肾阳虚体质型更年期妇女亚健康中的应用
Application of holographic meridian moxibustion combined with Yougui pill in sub-health of menopausal women with kidney-yang deficiency constitution

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Yougui pill on sub-health status of menopausal women with kidney-yang deficiency constitution based on the holographic diagnosis and treatment theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods According to different treatment methods,142 menopausal women with sub-health status were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Yougui pill,while the observation group was treated with holographic meridian moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.18%,69/71)was higher than that of the control group(83.10%,59/71)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),deoxypyridinoline(D-Pyr)and procollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide(s-PINP)in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social field,psychological field,physiological field and environmental field,and the levels of serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),5-hydroxytryptamine,(5-HT)and gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA)in two groups were all higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The normalization rate in the control group(46.48%,33/71)was lower than that in the observation group(78.87%,56/71)(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the holographic diagnosis and treatment theory of traditional Chinese medicine,moxibustion combined with modified Yougui pill can stabilize the levels of hormones in menopausal women with sub-health state,effectively regulate the expression of neurological constitution,improve levels of bone metabolism and clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life and the normalization rate of patients.This therapy has significant therapeutic effects.关键词
