Abstract
This paper focuses on the design and optimization of LLC resonant converters to enhance efficiency and meet specific gain requirements.By analyzing the effective value of the resonant loop current,it reveals the relationship between magnetizing inductance and system efficiency,and identifies the maximum inductance under soft-switching conditions.Using mathematical modeling and fundamental wave analysis,the relationship between converter gain,quality factor(Q),inductance ratio(Ln),and normalized frequency(fn)is derived.The impact of Q and Ln on system performance is further explored,and their ideal value ranges are determined.A systematic parameter optimization process is proposed,including the calculation of maximum magnetizing inductance,the selection of Q and Ln based on gain requirements,and the design of resonant components.The proposed method is applied to optimize a 25 kW LLC DC converter,with simulation verifying the effectiveness and practicality of the design.Results show that this approach achieves efficient operation under soft-switching conditions and offers theoretical and practical guidance for similar designs.关键词
