中医药调控TLRs/NF-κB/NLRs通路及细胞焦亡治疗痛风性关节炎的研究进展
Research progress in the regulation of TLRs/NF-κB/NLRs pathway and cell apoptosis by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis

Abstract
With the improvement of people's living standards and the changes of dietary structure,the incidence of gout is increasing year by year and showing a trend towards younger people.Research on the gouty arthritis(GA)is also receiving attention.The occurrence of GA is mainly due to the activation of the toll like receptors(TLRs)/nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)/Nod like receptors(NLRs)pathway by urate,which produces inflammatory factors such as interleukin(IL)-1β and IL-18,and induces cellular pyroptosis.Cellular pyroptosis,as an inflammatory programmed death,enables cell lysis,promotes the release of cellular contents into the extracellular space,and generates a more intense inflammatory cascade response.By reviewing literature and analyzing the mechanism of TLRs/NF-κB/NLRs pathway and cellular pyroptosis in GA,this article summarizes the research on the regulation of this mechanism by traditional Chinese medicine therapies such as monomers,extracts,and compound formulas in the treatment of GA,providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of GA with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
