Research on conducted EMI modeling of DC-DC converters in electric vehicles
摘要
Abstract
The DC-DC converter system of electric vehicles plays a key role in the energy conversion.Due to the rapid changes in voltage and current,it is an important link in the generation of electromagnetic interference in electric vehicles.To predict and evaluate its conducted electromagnetic interference level,an equivalent circuit modeling method based on port impedance measurement is proposed.First,based on the impedance test results of pre-selected components and three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation parameters,high-frequency circuit models of passive devices,transformers,port filters and high-voltage shielded cables are built.Then,the SPICE equivalent model method is employed to build the active device model,extract the high-frequency parasitic parameters of the key circuits of the system PCB,and thus establish a more accurate conducted interference prediction model.Finally,a system-level model of the DC-DC converter is built on the PSpice simulation platform,and the accuracy of the model in the frequency range of 0.15~30 MHz is validated through experimental and simulation comparisons,providing some insights for the rapid prediction and evaluation of conducted electromagnetic interference of the DC-DC converters on electric vehicles.关键词
