Experience and Countermeasures of Renovation and Governance of Old Communities in Megacities
摘要
Abstract
The issue of renovating and governing old communities in megacities of China is both urgent and widespread.Using Minzhu Village in Chongqing as a case study,this paper reviews relevant domestic research and the village's renovation and governance practices.In response to the current problems of outdated governance concepts and insufficient innovation in work mechanisms,it proposes measures such as promoting down-to-earth governance through Party leadership,improving mutual trust mechanisms,establishing fairness in governance,and expanding resident participation.These suggestions aim to provide valuable insights for the renovation and governance of old communities in China's megacities.关键词
