Embedded Co-governance:Innovation and Optimization of Social Organizations' Participation in Community Governance

Abstract
Social organizations are pivotal forces in participating in community governance,optimizing the community governance system,and promoting the formation of a collaborative effort in community co-governance.Based on the practical needs of urban community governance and the prominent characteristics of community residents' demands,Community L in City D has innovated an"embedded co-governance"model for social organizations to participate in community governance from policy embedding,structural embedding,and cognitive embedding.This model has achieved practical results in improving community volunteer services,cultivating community social capital,and stimulating the public spirit of community residents.In order to deepen the effectiveness of social organizations' participation in community governance and improve the effect of community co-governance,we need to further improve the policy mechanism,optimize the organizational structure and spread the concept of co-governance for the benefit of sound community governance.关键词
