A Study on the New Quality Productive Forces Empowering Rural Industrial Digital Transformation from the Perspective of Systems Theory
摘要
Abstract
The empowerment of new quality productive forces in rural industries through digital transformation is a systematic project that requires effective integration of logic,reality,and development based on the principles of system theory.Research has found that the systematic logic of new quality productive forces empowering rural industrial digital transformation is the joint action of theory,history,reality,and institution.However,relatively dispersed advantages of the technical element,weakening guiding function of the policy element,obstructed latent value of the digital element,and limited in-depth integration and development of the industrial element are the current systematic dilemmas.In view of this,it is necessary to effectively manage the relationship between the effective market and the active government,balance the relationship between external driving forces and endogenous development,coordinate the relationship between industrial infrastructure and digital security,and handle the relationship between industrial transformation and rural governance as systematic optimization means of empowering new quality productive forces in rural industrial digital transformation.关键词
