Abstract
Based on the analysis on the developmental trends and conceptual connotations of comprehensive land consolidation,this paper conducts a model-based classification research on the optimized utilization of ecological-cultural tourism resources.Focusing on practical projects in multi-layered urban-rural composite spaces within urban fringes,it prioritizes the coordinated enhancement of ecological agricultural spaces,the revitalization of collective operational construction land,and the renewal of the existing construction land.By integrating the synergy of resource conservation and development interests into the consolidated framework of ecological-cultural tourism planning and comprehensive land consolidation,this paper aims to establish a new land use model characterized by planning synergy,coordinated incremental and stock development,and long-term shared benefits.关键词
